Services Provided

CRM Excavating provides excavation services, specializing in sewage system installations, as well as related site work. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a written estimate or contract provided to you before work begins.

Estimates and Quotes

  • All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time.
  • Final costs may vary if site conditions differ from what was reasonably expected.
  • Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed and approved in writing before additional work is performed.

Scheduling and Access

  • Project timelines will be discussed prior to work beginning.
  • Clients are responsible for providing reasonable site access and ensuring the work area is clear of obstacles that may delay excavation.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or contract.
  • Invoices are due as agreed upon unless otherwise specified.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Health, Safety, and Permits

  • CRM Excavating follows industry-standard safety practices while performing excavation work.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

  • While we take care to minimize disruption, excavation work may involve risks, including ground shifting, damage to underground utilities, or unforeseen site conditions.
  • CRM Excavating is not responsible for damages caused by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to inaccurate site plans or undisclosed utilities.

Warranties

  • We stand behind the quality of our work. If an issue arises directly from workmanship within a reasonable period after project completion, we will work with you to resolve it.
  • No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
